Refunds and Returns
Products downloaded from House of Mockups are not returnable or refundable once downloaded. If you are having problems with your your purchase, please contact House of Mockups to see if the problem can be resolved. If the product is proven defective and you notify us within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund your money for that product. If you issue a chargeback through your credit card company or PayPal, your account and downloads will be locked until the outstanding balance caused by the chargeback has been paid.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to House of Mockups. By accessing and/or using HouseofMockups.com, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. House of Mockups reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of this Privacy Policy at the time of any such use.
Collection of personal information
When you access or use this site, House of Mockups may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, House of Mockups may ask that you provide us personal information, such as: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and if you purchase products we will require your credit card and or PayPal details. If you do not fill out any forms, House of Mockups collects nothing about you other than your browser type, OS type and IP address.
How your personal information is used
House of Mockups collects your information strictly for billing, licensing and marketing. If you order a product that is to be electronically downloaded, for example, the information is used to verify credit cards, issue the appropriate license receipts and to maintain your customer history.
Protection of your personal information
The personal information that you provide is protected in several ways. Access by you to your personal information is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. In addition, your personal information resides on a secure server that only select House of Mockups personnel may access via password. House of Mockups protects your credit card transaction using SSL encryption and thereby prevents unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is being transmitted to House of Mockups. We do not record or keep your full credit card information after your order has been placed.
Use of cookies
When you visit HouseofMockups.com, you can use the site anonymously and access most information without revealing your identity. To enable our shopping cart, we use cookies for automated administration purposes. A cookie is a small amount of data transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your ID card, helping to correlate your passwords, purchases, and preferences to your personal browser. It cannot be executed as code or deliver any type of viruses.

SMS Marketing Terms and Conditions
By consenting to House of Mockups’ SMS marketing at checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement
By using or purchasing House of Mockups products or services, you agree that any controversy, claim, action, or dispute between you and House of Mockups arising out of or relating to these Terms, your access to or use of House of Mockups’ website, services, or materials, or any alleged violation of any law, statute, or ordinance (each such controversy or claim, a “Claim”), shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution in which parties agree to submit their disputes to a neutral third person (called an arbitrator) for a binding decision. The arbitrator is obligated to issue a reasoned award in writing, including all findings of fact and law upon which the award was made. The arbitrator shall not have the power to commit errors of law, and the arbitrator’s award may be vacated or corrected through judicial review by a court of competent jurisdiction. Each party’s attorneys’ fees, expert costs, and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with arbitration will be borne by the party incurring such costs and expenses.
Arbitration Procedures
Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. Arbitrations shall be held in London, UK, but the parties may choose whether to appear in person, by phone, or through the submission of documents. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration Act 1996 and the laws of the UK. Any disputes regarding the arbitration agreement’s enforceability shall be determined exclusively by an arbitrator.
Exclusion from Arbitration
Notwithstanding the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, you may choose to pursue a Claim in court and not by arbitration if you opt out of these arbitration procedures within 30 days from the date that you first purchase any of House of Mockups’ products or services (the “Opt-Out Deadline”). You may opt out by mailing a written notification to [insert address]. Your written notification must include (1) your name, (2) your address, and (3) a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration. Your decision to opt out will have no adverse effect on your relationship with House of Mockups. You are responsible for ensuring House of Mockups’ receipt of your opt-out notice, and you therefore may wish to send a notice by means that provide a written receipt. Any opt-out request received after the Opt-Out Deadline will not be valid and you must pursue your Claim in arbitration.
Class Action Waiver
You and House of Mockups agree that you may bring or participate in Claims against House of Mockups only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both you and House of Mockups agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained in this Agreement, any Claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.
